NY Tax

Our business nexus is held in NYS & we are required to charge 8% sales tax on all orders shipped to NY. 

Shipping

US shipping is always free over $29! Orders $0-28.99 ship USPS first class mail for $3.99. All orders are shipped via USPS and will be shipped within 2 business days. Shipping typically takes 2-5 days depending on your location. We are a mobile business so orders are shipped from wherever we are in the US. 

International shipping is available! Options are available at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

As a small company, we want to make sure every customer is satisfied. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as the towels are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, click here to email Samantha (DryFoxCo owner) your request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once the exchange or return is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the unused towel(s) back to DryFoxCo at the customer’s expense. Once received, your exchange or return will be processed and DryFoxCo will ship out your new towels or issue a product refund within 7 days. We have the right to refuse any return or exchange once received due to product condition.

Damages

While it doesn’t happen often, if you receive a towel that is defective in any way, please click here to contact us at samantha@dryfoxco.com so we can happily fix the situation.
